Customer Satisfaction Survey Report on Water Services Provision
NTA was able to finalize the survey on access to water services in partnership with Lake Victoria North Water Services Board the report was published and launched. At total of 250 citizens attended the launched presided over by the area Provincial Commissioner, 15 officers from the Board and NTA. For the first time in the region, citizens had a chance to publicly air their views to the board.
