NTA CDF Followup Ranking 2011
The social audit comprised of 2 analyses:
- A follow up assessment of all projects funded in FY 2006/2007 that had been initially audited by NTA in its first Phase of audits carried out in 2008. This was to determine the status of the same projects in 2011 and implementation of recommendations made in 2008.
- A comprehensive audit of all projects funded in FY 2008/2009 to establish the management of CDF funds in the selected 10 constituencies. This was to determine the proportion of well used, badly used, wasted and unaccounted for funds.
